I genuinely believe that, without Thomas, we would not be in our dream house right now. This was our first time buying a home. Before this whole, rather confusing process of home buying, I thought the role of the real estate agent was just to simply give you tours of homes. Maybe that's the case for some, but Thomas did so much more. He drove us to the locations, he toured us around neighbourhoods, he gave his honest opinions on house prices and the current market, and was available whenever we had questions – about home buying, and general questions about settling into the city. He is so personable and ALWAYS in a good mood. There's a lot of little background fuzzy stuff with home buying – banks, title companies, movers, home insurance, etc. all need to be coordinated. Thomas filled in all these confusing cracks the entire way through and, like I said, is hugely responsible for us getting our dream house. I can't recommend him enough. I hope never to move again, but if I do, it will be with Thomas.

What a journey we had! We met with a few realtors when we were getting ready to buy our first house. Out of the group, Thomas was the one that got us most excited about buying. It seems daunting when you start researching how to buy a home, but Thomas made the whole process stress-free. He found us our dream home before Christmas within 8 days! Thomas’ knowledge of the market and communication skills were excellent. He was always super responsive to our inquiries and always made us feel comfortable when we had questions and were unsure of something. I'm confident that Thomas' negotiating skills secured us a house at a significantly better price than the seller's original asking price!
